So, do you think the Red Sox will run the triple option against USCe? Or perhaps UCLA will use the right-hander against St. Louis' quarterback?

injury update:

-- H-back Jalston Fowler suffered a concussion during the first half. He was not on the sidelines for the second half as Harrison Jones filled his spot.

-- Kicker Cade Foster was "kicked in the shin" during a first-half kickoff return and was held out during most of the second half.

Punter Cody Mandell handled the final kickoff of the first half. Foster's kickoff to start the second half went 55 yards. Freshman Adam Griffith, who made his first career field goal in the fourth quarter, handled the final two.

"(Foster) said he was OK," Saban said. "We have every confidence that we have two really good kickers. We kicked them both at times in games before. We just thought it would be best that we let the other guy kick and make sure Cade didn't have any further issues."

Oregon attempts a FG on 3RD DOWN with 8 seconds left.  They miss.  14-14 at the half.  Oregon didn't want to take another shot at the TD then attempt the FG.  Combine that with the fake punt, and I think Oregon is playing skerd.

They probably blew it down on the goal line having to settle for 3.  They've pretty much blown it all night.  Mizzou is no better than the 3rd team in the East (assuming everyone has a healthy roster).  They've had perfect schedule placement so far.

I turn away to watch cartoons for a little while and UCLA falls apart.  Did they take a 45 minute shower and forget to come back out after half time?

Missouri is about to choke this game away. USC has had 2 fumbles & 1 INT and were behind 17-0 and looked awful on offense all night until Shaw came in to play QB.

I knew they were going to lose when they decided to leave 50 seconds on the clock in regulation. That drives me crazy! :pullhair: :pullhair: :pullhair:

Here's a link on the weather situation. Not looking good. The game was supposed to start at 6:30 pm and they are only in the 2nd quarter with another delay.

Yep, but I don't know how much longer I will last. Plus, INCREDIBLE finish to Cards/Red Sox game in bottom of 9th. Cards win on obstruction call on third baseman for interfering with a Cardinal runner. Amazing.

Yes, definitely. The 3rd baseman "accidentally" tripped the Cardinal runner after a hit and he was rounding 3rd base going for home.
