UT returned some tickets this week and they sold immediately. There is also a long waiting list to buy season tickets to Bama games. I know student turnout was poor for the Georgia State and Colorado State games but those tickets were sold.
Title: Re: SEC football attendance through eight weeks Post by: Merk on October 23, 2013, 03:21:29 PM I was listening to Sirius radio the other day and the hosts were discussing that attendance for football games is down nationally. Various reasons were given; cost, TV availability but they also brought up that young people today like to be connected while watching the games. Further, they predicted that stadiums will eventually offer game blogs, and other assorted electronic venues to draw them in. :dunno:
