HTH. The one time I left a game early when I was in school I felt like a barner fan. I never left early again (and I only left because it was at Legion Field and the people I caught a ride with wanted to leave. Our friendship came close to ending that night >:( ) Title: Re: "Alabama reviewing mass exodus of students from Bryant-Denny Stadium, could nix block seating" Post by: XBAMA on October 23, 2013, 07:29:35 PM They should all be expelled from school. HTH. considering all the hard work that goes into making a winning team ? I think you got something there :lol2: never have left a game early , ever , if we were singing Rammer Jammer you can bet your butt I was waiting if we weren't , walk out with the head up and congrats to the other team not before the clock ticks to zero , ever ... regardless of the score . coach Saban just said something to the effect .. "if you ain't staying we will find some that will" I like it ! do it Coach ! take those tickets away from em' :worship:  Title: Re: "Alabama reviewing mass exodus of students from Bryant-Denny Stadium, could nix block seating" Post by: XBAMA on October 23, 2013, 07:51:26 PM Quote I pay thousands of dollars to attend many games each yr. I'll leave when I please. Story over. Worry about the team Nick. see ? that right there ? which I can understand , but ... if you really do spend "thousands" ? isn't that all the MORE reason to stay ? it would be plenty of reasons for me , thousands of them ! but that's not what Coach is really talking about here is it ? a random fan here and there ? it's a whole freakin' section leaving mostly , right ? if this guy feels that way , that's his right and I respect it , but I also respect his right to go cheer for the Barn too , bye bye now bye bye  :lol2: Title: Re: "Alabama reviewing mass exodus of students from Bryant-Denny Stadium, could nix block seating" Post by: Catch Prothro on October 23, 2013, 08:46:13 PM The University needs to end block seating. The time has come. I agree. Maybe the students should have to pay the face value of the ticket and if all the tickets don't sell to the students sell them to the public. I've always wondered why the University doesn't give the tickets away when a game doesn't sell out. They have advertised about ticket holders donating your ticket to someone when you can't make it to the game and can't sell it, well why don't they just give those tickets away that they can't sell. The time has come. I am pro Greek. They do a lot of good things on campus but they are the problem with no shows at the game and leaving early. I agree it is time to end block seating. They have abused the privilege and it needs to be taken away. |
