Source: Bama staffer gave Clinton-Dix loan

Alabama head coach Nick Saban said safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix was suspended indefinitely for violation of team rules on Wednesday, leaving it at that. He didn't provide a reason or a timetable. Today ESPN.com learned that the star defensive back's suspension stemmed from a small loan he received from a UA staff member this summer.
UA assistant strength and conditioning coach Corey Harris has been placed on administrative leave after the school learned he provided impermissible benefits to Clinton-Dix, a source confirmed to ESPN.
