He has been there 16 years and won 2, count 'em, 2 conference championships & 1 National Championship. His record is deceptive since he averages 10 wins a year, but he is playing in the Big 12 and he has feasted on teams like Kansas, K-State, Baylor, Ok. State, Texas Tech, Missouri, & Iowa State. It's like Ohio State & Michigan in the Big Ten.
