Title: Devotional 5/11/11 John 13:14 Post by: ricky023 on May 11, 2011, 02:16:06 PM "John 13:14 If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet."
When we claim to be a Christian or know the Lord we should be able to do what the Lord guides us to do. He tells us to humble ourselves, how many here are ready to humble themselves? How many can humble their self enough to not be so critical of others and be a support to them. Support means being able to tell someone else you love them and not just in words but in actions. Words are so easy to say or type. Words are harmful but humbleness requires love for your brother. God tells us now that he was humble enough to show love, are you today ready to do that, or are you just playing Christian and you would say NO Lord I won't humble myself to noone. I will not do what you did! Do you think if humbling yourself meant, going to the home with the Lord or going to the Lake of Fire that burns eternally, which would you choose? God Bless you all and I pray you make the right choice. Remember you only humble yourself to each other, but you are showing the Lord what you think of his decision. God Bless!
