Title: ND now hating on Clowney Post by: cbbama99 on August 03, 2013, 09:15:13 PM Poor, poor Irish. I guess the beatdown the Tide gave them in January wasn't enough. Maybe they'll face USCe in a bowl game and then see Clowney single-handedly destroy their offense:

Okay, Notre Dome, study this. THIS is the player you're insulting. Hopefully the football gods are watching, and you'll get yours (again). Title: Re: ND now hating on Clowney Post by: ricky023 on August 04, 2013, 09:59:55 AM I thought the ND people had a small drop of class and CBK would keep them on the line. This man plays good hard football and no matter he should be recognized for it. He only wants an education, and to play football which he is good at. I just am not sure why they pick on him. We would love to play such talent at Alabama. It doesn't make us mad, it gives our players a challenge which we like. RTR!
Title: Re: ND now hating on Clowney Post by: pmull on August 04, 2013, 10:07:45 AM Clowney is a terrific player. As I have said before his play reminds me of Derrick Thomas. I also like that I do not read any negative articles about his character or off the field issues. He will see constant double teams but I still think he will have a big year. Then he is off to the NFL to make the big money.
