He has been needing some adult supervision & guidance. First, Oakland is a pit of a city with high crime and is probably the closest thing to a communist/socialist country with some really crazy people. Secondly, the Oakland Raiders was run by crazy Al Davis. The franchise has been in constant turmoil for over 10 years. These factors made Oakland the worst possible place for Rolando to go. He needs to be at a more stable team like the Giants, Falcons, Patriots, Pittsburgh, or others. I think Saban reached out to help this young person get his life together. Finally, I agree with what another poster has said repeatedly, he needs to stay the heck out of Decatur and away from his home boys.

I didn't see him and the lady interact romatically, so it could've been family for all I know. He left a rough person, but it brought him down when his football was taken away. I know who took that football away and now I want to see Rolando improve and have that class that U of A teaches.
