I have a very sneaky feeling he is going to enjoy that Crow when Alabama leaves next year. Man I can't think about the pressure he put on his own team. These guys don't have to make plays, so they talk a foolish game. RTR!

Is this guy really this stupid? A&M has won something like 42% of its games all time against the SEC. The Tide leads the series 3-2, plus they lost 2 SEC games with a Heisman QB. I think they are in for some surprises this year.

Hyman, according to Zwerneman's tweets, also told the crowd that his fellow Southeastern Conference athletic directors have "Texas A&M fatigue: We made such an impact on the league they're tired of us."

This kind of talk is aimed at generating money for the university.  You don't hear the coach or players talking smack -- they aren't that dumb.

It's all in good fun, fellas.  With the advent of political correctness and online/social mass media, people can't even seem to engage in any good-natured banter anymore without people getting up in arms.

Agreed. When you look at some of the thing the barners at all levels have said about Bama, then what this guy said is pretty mild. Nothing more than firing up the alums and boosters (although I think he is going to have a BIG surprise coming in September. I think we all remember what happened the last time we went down to College Station).

The AD is over all sports. He did not mention the basketball team that finished 6th in the West or the baseball team that finished 11th.

A&M has done a lot of talking in the off season. It is easy to have one good year. We will see if they can play with the upper tier SEC teams on a regular basis.

aTm has finally gotten out from under the shadow of UTX and are enjoying their moment in the sun.  Can't blame them for that.  All this mouthing off makes good bulletin board material for our guys.  I imagine that CNS will be on the D all fall camp about "... if you play like that Johnny M will run right by you on the way to the end zone!"

rofl, you got that right. If I was a good player, I am not sure I would want to be on the team that played Alabama after all this talk. RTR!
