I don't know why people like Tim Davis burn bridges. I don't know anything about Tim Davis but I bet the hightlight of his resume is working three years for Nick Saban. Title: Re: "ESPN's Mark May calls Tim Davis 'a classless backstabbing coward' after Davis refers to Nick Sa Post by: Hannibal Lecter, MD on May 16, 2013, 11:38:43 AM His comments were overblown. He called him "the devil himself" and then said Muschamp was just like him in the same breath (as far as football/work ethic goes). It was just a term that he used for the guy that everyone is chasing and the guy who everyone is envious of.
The only "insult" in the comments was basically saying Saban had wasn't particularly personable. But who ever suggested that he was? |
