Prosecutors are asking a judge to find a new location for the trial of a University of Alabama fan charged with poisoning Auburn University's oak trees at Toomer's Corner.

You know I wonder where you could move it? It has been seen on every news panel everywhere. I think you find a jury in Alabama and Auburn and see what turns out. RTR!

All indications are that Updyke is guilty. However, he should get a fair trail. He will not get that in the Auburn area. Since this motion is proposed by the prosectors I wonder if they are concerned about an appeal should the trail go forward in Lee Conty.

I don't know where the trail should be held but it should not be held in Lee County.

It still is baffling to me why this has not been settled without going to trail.
