Title: Salute to Dee Hart
Post by: ALTideUp on February 02, 2013, 01:22:07 PM
Watch a few minutes of the Bama Ole Miss game. Enjoying watching watching Hart's elusive running and really nice pass protection. I hope he's doing well with school and with his rehabing.

He added another dimension to our offense. RTR to Dee Hart.

I hope his quickness is still with him and he can find a spot on the team, there will be some major competition at the running back position this spring. I like the idea of him on the special teams, he had very good cutting abilities and a very quick burst of speed before his injury and this is what is needed on kick returns. Hopefully he healed well.

Dee Hart probably will never be an every down back in Bama's offense.  He is too small to pound it between the tackles.  But, he has that extra burst of speed that allows him to get the edge, and he might become an awesome return guy too.  He is a good receiver as well, and he has the potential to become a role player like Darren Sproles at New Orleans.  Bama is loaded at RB, with several players who would be superstars at other places.  Dee Hart is one of those guys -- he would be a Heisman candidate at somewhere like Oregon, where his speed would be on full display.
