I was really surprised to see them fire him before seasons' end. :o, I thought he was a good coach for California. RTR! He has had some decent teams but it is a what have you done latey profession. He went 3-9 this year and that will get you fired in most places. He will be OK. The school owes him $6.9M on the three years remaining on his contract.

He has had some decent teams but it is a what have you done latey profession. He went 3-9 this year and that will get you fired in most places. He will be OK. The school owes him $6.9M on the three years remaining on his contract. Coach Chris Petersen has stated there are only 2 two schools he would leave Boise State for, Oregon & California. Don't ask me to explain why he would turn down UCLA but take California. ??? Come NLT Monday, the following will probably bite the dust: Spaziani-BC Chiznik-Cow sodomizers Weis-Kansas (first year but Kansas is lost) Johnson-S. He has won over very few people up here in two years, and despite the fact that he has had no QB for most of the season, his defenses have been pathetic. With a move to the Big 10 coming, it would not surprise me if UM makes a move (though who on earth would take the job .... dude, its Chizik!!!)
