When discussing the MSU running game he said 'we're actually pretty good at stopping the run'. LOL That interview changed some of the misconconceptions I had of him. But how awesome would it be for them to call a play-action pass to Jesse at the goal line with him coming out of the fullbacck position. The stadium would go nuts if he actually caught a pass. I hope they do that before the season is over.

I don't think they can stop him with a head of steam. I don't like a handoff to him as the fullback. There is a big risk of a fumble there. I don't see a pass play working to the fullback. Too much clutter for him to work through to get open.
The Andre Smith TD pass was the tackle eligible play. Much easier for a tight end or tackle to sneak out in the flat than the fullback IMO.
