Title: "Poll: Who can stop Alabama?"
Post by: WALL-E on October 04, 2012, 02:16:01 PM
Poll: Who can stop Alabama?
With two marquee matchups in the SEC this weekend, the question has to be asked: Can any of these teams stop mighty Alabama?

From the way the top-ranked Crimson Tide has looked through its first five games of the seasons, many think it'll be tough for any team not named Alabama to stop this squad. But no team is truly unbeatable and Alabama has its weakness, even if they are very small.

Still, someone from this weekend has to stand a chance, right?

Well beside Alabama taking themselves down, I voted USCe. Spurrier for some reason has been a thorn in our sides every time we play his teams. He has a good defense and if we show up in the SECCG like we did against Ole Miss Rebels then we might be facing trouble. We are young in the DB area right now but should grow. Our defense did give up 14 to the Rebels. The day is coming so we shall see, right now we play Missouri next and that is all I can see. RTR!

CNS said last week many teams can beat us. I voted not of the above. Sometimes CNS likes to have fun at our expense.

Like he and Miss Terri are sitting around a barrel of monkeys laughing at us. I didn't take that "Georgia Southern is the best team we've faced" crap from Coach Bryant and I'm not taking it from him.

I agree, with that great defense which includes players Saban tried to recruit, Conner Shaw and Lattimore behind that O-line, and great special teams play, USCe has the potential to beat anyone.  Consistency is the key.

Their DC played at Bama in the late 80's.
