Alabama fan makes emergency landing, leaves plane in field to make Alabama-Ole Miss game

A Mobile-area pilot was flying his Cessna 421 to see the No. 1-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide host Ole Miss on Saturday in Tuscaloosa when he experienced engine trouble and landed his plane in a cotton field in Selma, according to WSFA 12 News.
