Excellent.  He had a similar comment on his radio show the other night.  He was talking about the players that were here when he got here that first year.  He had to ask some of them:  "Is your goal was to make yourself irrelevant to this organization?  Because the things that you are doing are preparing you to be irrelevant."  Then he said some of them took it to heart and got right, and the rest of them got gone.
