This trooper was a perfect example of how the culture can permeate - let's just say it, corrupt - a community. That guy saw this as his way to be a player, a way to get on CGM's radar, to be a big shot. And this is freakin Arkansas State! You need look no further than this incident to see the ridiculous degree to which football programs have become a psychological life-source for communities and whole states. Good for the folks in Arkansas for sending the right message
