I think he was hugely embarrassed that an SEC program like Georgia was looking to pick up scrubs from Penn State. Georgia has an astonishly low number of scholarship players on the roster right now -- you would think they have been under sanctions. So UGA probably is trying to fill out its roster a bit. The language of the press release, I think, is misleading, with enough hedge words to give the appearance of truth.
