Neither of those are really neutral sites. Maybe they should alternate? N.O. would probably be the most centrally located, but it is already home of the Sugar Bowl. I think Atlanta actually has the edge. It has more appeal to the Eastern press, there is a tradition of hosting big events (Final 4, Kickoff Classics, Bowls, SECCG, etc), and organizers would NOT have to answer to Jerry about everything detail. It only holds 65,000 but the Super Dome only holds 71,000. San Antonio would be the most desirable place to visit/vacation in January. Dallas is very cold that time of year.
