Title: Missouri BB to Be Awesoome This Year in SEC? SIAP
Post by: Marshal Dillon on July 09, 2012, 01:37:59 PM
Sounds good, but they still have to play Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Miss. State, Arkansas, Florida, etc.

If second-year coach Frank Haith works the same type of magic that turned a hot-and-cold 23-win team under Mike Anderson the season before into a squad that finished 30-5, won the Big 12 Tournament and earned a No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament, these Tigers can be good. Very, very good.

Yeah, let's mark this thread and revisit it after the season.  I actually hope they play well and compete well.  We need some more tournament teams from the SEC.

Saying they may have the best point guard is a huge statement.

The Big12 is a good BB conference, and Mizzou won it last year.  While they might not be up to Kentucky standards, they should give the rest of us a run for the money.
