Quote
Geismar, Louisiana, safety Landon Collins made news in January when he committed to Alabama during a live national television broadcast. But it was his mother, April Justin, who stole the headlines by displaying her opposition to her son's decision by shaking her head and declaring "I feel LSU is a better place for him to be. LSU Tigers, number one. Go Tigers."

Months later, with Collins now enrolled at Alabama and working out with his future teammates, Justin has not only accepted her son's school of choice but is actively rooting for the Tide, according to a story from ESPN.

I believe it was pmull who posted a few days ago that "Mama" had changed her tune, well, here's the pudding with the proof. I hope she succeeds in getting little brother to commit, too.

You don't judge a book by it's cover, you have to read the content inside. It's amazing how many folks change their tune about Bama after spending some time in T-Town (Title Town). Roll Tide!!!

It was for some obvious but sad reasons that she was out of the decision making loop in the extended family. Dad and Step-Mom seemed to, thankfully, be the influence in his life. Bless her heart but for the same reasons we should leave her out of our loop. JMHO.
