QB Jameis Winston Has Had Previous Run-Ins with Police

Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston was involved in two minor incidents unrelated to an investigation into accusations that he sexually assaulted a woman, though he was not arrested or charged in either case, police records show.

Police records show the apartment manager, Dave Sudekum, initially wanted to evict Winston and three other tenants but decided to not press charges after an FSU athletic department official promised that the players would pay for the damage.

Sounds like Jimbo has done got into this win at all cost no matter who is a thug and who is not. I have to say that is sad, cause FSU use to be a great University but it's Class standards seems to be falling. If this kid goes to jail for being a thug then what good does FSU football do him? This has to be 1/2 the coaches fault. RTR!

Finebaum mentioned that a report said nothing would happen until AFTER December 7th, after the BCS lineups are announced and the Heisman vote is made. To me, this is a blatant attempt to make sure FSU makes the NC game, Winston can win the Heisman, & that Winston is going to be arrested for rape, which is why they are delaying everything.

I think he's a thug too.  When the press was fawning all over him earlier in the season, talking about his great personality, I thought it was fake.  At the time, he reminded me of Cam Newton, but it could be that he is worse.

I don't blame Jimbo Fisher for recruiting him.  Saban tried to recruit him too.  Saban has taken thugs, like Rolando McClain, and tried to turn them into men.  That's what coaches, and the military, do.

I said it before and I'll say it again, athletes get away with crimes that the average Joe will go to jail for and it isn't right. It isn't an uncommon thing to see athletes charged with a crime and then the charges get dropped for whatever reason. But anybody with any common sense at all knows why these charges get dropped and the athlete is free to commit another crime all because he was an athlete.

I applauded CNS and the Uof A for getting rid of the 4 thugs at Bama this year.

In the BB gun investigation, Tallahassee police records show officers were called to the Legacy Suites apartments on Nov. 27, 2012, two days after management said 13 windows had been damaged by players shooting at each other.

Police found BBs littering the ground and saw windows in several apartments with small holes.

I don't believe it for a second and also don't believe much will come
from the rape case either
the prosecutor said he has had a very hard time convicting any of the
many FSU players in the past that were charged with crimes .

I also don't believe the BS story about not being able to contact
the victim of the rape
they told her she would be in deep chit if she pressed the issue 
it's the same for the prosecutor and he knows it

icing on the cake will be that most likely this thug will
win the Heisman too just like that POS CN did

this whole deal stinks like a landfill only worse
