Today I sit in a little silence as Mrs Dottie and I spoke short and silent about the event. In my mind I will never forget where I was and what happen. I will never forget the people in Washington, D.C. standing on the steps singing a great patriotic song together and the next day they went right back to hating each others' guts. I just don't under stand, but as a Vet I know war but to kill innocent women and children is lunacy. Today we send billions upon billions to the same people who want to kill us. Sorry CRS and especially SC but I guess I got on a horse I have not completely forgot don't know if I ever will. Please pray for me and that I find a lot better forgiveness in my heart than I have right now. I love thes great words "LET'S ROLL." RTR!
I'm with you sir and need to be added to that list ...
I have not forgave them and don't see it happening soon ...
my oldest son was with President Bush and we couldn't contact him
my wife was crying like a baby because we were under attack
Americans were dying just because they were Americans
but as I look back now ... because of those attacks
I did get a wonderful daughter in law , a precious grand daughter
from my son's trips to Iraq
now my DIL is a E9 in the USAF and training the airmen on global terrorism
she and my son are at the same base working together
to say I'm very proud of them would be an understatement
ready to forgive ? not yet , heck , I still ain't forgave the Japs totally
so it's not just you Ricky
