"TUSCALOOSA -- Jimmy Sexton confirmed Julio Jones will have a screw inserted to fix a foot fracture, according to an ESPN report. Sexton, who is Jones's agent, said the former Alabama star receiver's foot fracture was discovered two days before his performance at the NFL Scouting Combine. He said Jones insisted in participating despite the fracture." LinkI miss him already.

He is a beast! I hope he keeps his head screwed on straight and succeeds beyond expectations. The young man has a real passion for the game as is evidenced by this.

Hard to know how much this injury will hurt his draft status. His agent should be pushing his "inner strength" and such to defer any criticism.

After he's drafted he should do "got milk" commercials.

If he happens to fall lower in the draft because of this, some team will get the deal of the decade!

One thing for sure JJ can play hurt. He did it enough at Bama. I think if he gets healthy it will tough for the DB's in the NFL to cover him. RTR!

He has an incredible pain tolerance. Is he a Shaolin monk or something? Maybe he studied personally with the Dalai Lama.

Yeah really - we'd hate to have him running and blocking with a screw loose
