They reported this on ESPN also.  He certainly doesn't look himself this year.

I read that one in 40 people have those same cysts.  Also, men are four times more likely to have them than are women.  IMO, this is nothing more than a "look at me" stunt or possibly a built-in excuse for when the wheels start to fall off the OSU wagon for him which I suspect to happen...

In 2009 Meyer was hospitalized for chest pains that turned out to be nothing.  Incidentally, this happened right after Bama beat UF.  The next year he decided to retire from coaching to "spend more time with family" which lasted only a short time.  I think he spent one year away from football but not really.  If I recall correctly he spent time doing college football analysis for one of the networks, probably ESPN then went the next year to his "dream job" of coaching at OSU where he is now.  And all of a sudden he now reveals that he has a cyst on the brain?  I think he realizes the wheels are coming off the OSU wagon so he is preparing for an easy exit... I hope I'm wrong...

I think Urban came very close to being fired before the season started over the  sexual abuse cover up involving one of his assistants. He is probably walking on egg shells knowing the next time he stumbles he's gone. He is preparing a face saving exit for whenever he needs it.

He won't be missed.

And we won't build a statue of him.

And he won't show up and volunteer as an analyst next year.

I don't think we'll see him on Finebaum, either.

I don't think any of Urban's health concerns have been false, and I'm sure the high stress job isn't doing any favors towards dealing with any of it.  With that said, he has fostered an environment of essentially immorality, for lack of a better word, at both Florida and Ohio St (and likely other places that have been less publicized), and I don't have much use for him.
