But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine.

My mother didn't come to the realization that I might imbibe a little until this past Christmas.  I'm 30.  It still killed her.

I passed out drunk in my mothers arms at a very early age. ( Some where between becoming a teenager, and getting my learners permit. It was not 'fun times." 

 We had a very, very large yard, with lot's of very very large pine trees. The next morning she made me rake the yard. It was hot as 9 hells out, and every time I bent over to pick up a load of pine straw, I would puke.
