Quote
ESPN announced the full slate for its 2012 GEICO ESPN High School Football Showcase series on Monday and the schedule will feature multiple high school prospects currently committed to either Alabama or Auburn.

Among the first games on the schedule is a Labor Day contest between in-state powers Daphne and Spanish Fort, which will feature Alabama commit Deon Johnson lining up at quarterback for Spanish Fort....

Isn't this one of the media issues mentioned when one lists problems with college football?  Almost everyone said we've got to stop putting these kids on a national-spotlight pedestal; here we go again!  :(

It's just growing too big. Now, it's like putting toothpaste back in the tube.

We'll attack the media with clichés.
Before some moron points it out: I realize that CRS is a type of sports media.

And to head off the morons further: Yes, I know "medium" is singular (not "media"), but nobody this side of Harvard uses "medium" in this context.
