I heard an odd sound just now, and walked out into the darkness of our deck.
A screech owl was perched over the deck making a hoarse "Whoop" call.

if I'm not mistaken Saraland formed their on school system and
pulled out of MCPSS because of all the crap
I check and see , my best friend is a LEO up there
maybe we could have them arrested 

heck , we have one school open today with the children attending

Good morning folks.  I slept late this morning.  Didn't get up until 5:45 and my back was aching from lying in the bed... Feeling better now though.  I missed the back story to 2's hole in one.  Congrats 2!  I'm thinking about taking a nice long walk this morning.  I'm off work today since my employer follows the government holiday schedule.

It seems everybody made it through ok glad you all did ty Jesus for their safety. Lot of trees down in East Alabama but no power loss here.
This being Arky week I remember back when this team use to tell us what type of season we would have, beat them fairly good, lose it would be awful. Well everybody have a safe day. Get rich. RTR!

Good morning. 

Don't want to rekindle the NFL political discussion, but there were some good games yesterday.  The Green Bay - Dallas game was great.  Plus, I enjoy watching the Alabama players in the NFL, especially Julio, Ha-Ha, A'Shawn, OJ, CamRob, Derrick Henry, Amari, etc.  Mark Barron had a big day yesterday, as featured in one of this morning's articles.  Anyhow, it was a good day yesterday after a big win Saturday night.
 

Back to the weekday routine today: gym, coffee, yard work...  I've got to set up sprinklers this morning.  My fertilizer is still sitting out there on the grass.
 

Enjoy the day.  Monday Night Football?  Vikings and Da Bears!

I don't even know why I played, but it was Friday afternoon and I knew that I would be watching football all day Saturday with rain on Sunday, so off I went about 4:00 pm. I'm playing by myself and get to the 16th green. I almost packed it in because it was getting fairly dark, but said what the heck and teed off. I watched it go in the hole. That was my 3rd hole in one, but the first that I actually saw go in the hole.

I look around and there are no witnesses, Dang! So I go up to the green and 2 guys came by on a cart. I hollered at them and asked if they saw my shot. They said no and I told them to at least witness me getting the ball from the hole. One guy said "Heck yeah, I'll even video it". So he did, then took off. I didn't even get the video. WTH???

That's pretty awesome 2.  My youngest son has also had a hole-in-one.  He was 2 at the time and it was the first time he ever hit a golfball...
