Anybody tried it?  THoughts?

I bought one yesterday and took two small sips of it on my way home around 3:15.  I couldn't tell it effected me at all until bedtime about 6-7 hours later and I was bug-eyed for a bit. 

Then, I drank the rest of it this morning when I left home for my 35 minute commute to work.  IT WORKS!  It had me a good bit fidgety for a while.  It also tastes horrible...

Tried them all NALT. Just not my cup o tea,taste wise

Kinda bitter to me Rick. There also was an article a while back that mentioned a few that were not good for you. Having said that,seems a lot of things we eat and drink are in the news about not being healthy for us.

I drink one about a hour before I go on the field to referee HS football games. They help my energy level quite a bit and I don't crash when it wears off. They also do not make me jittery.

Has anyone tried "Spark"?  It's by Advocare I think. My sister and Brother in Law love them.  All natural vitamins, etc. Supposedly really helps your energy level.
They left me a package this weekend. You pour it into a bottle of water and shake. Supposed to be good.. i haven't tried it yet though.

Nah - just finished my 14th year on the field last year. I love it - keeps me involved with the game and today's players.

ricky, it is human nature to want to throw a flag against a team with a jerk for a coach or one or two jerk players. However, the officials who take their job seriously do not let personal feelings or bias get in the way. It takes a commitment to want to get better and to be a professional. There have been times I wanted to say something derogatory toward a coach or player, but that's not my job. Fans don't pay their money to see me - they pay to see the players and a good game. If a game is over and I am not noticed, I think I did my job.
