There was a screen pass earlier where all 5 lineman just dove for the knees of the DL in unison as soon as the ball was snapped.
If they are going to have a rule about targeting to the head then they should have a rule against this too. One thing should be that cut blocks from the side should be illegal.

I realize that the illegal tackling occurs only when the QB is stationary, but still, they are launching themselves directly at the knees on a cut block. Seems worse to me.
