I know this is a future game and we shouldn't be thinking about it, but suddenly I am not very worried about LSU. Mettenberger is proving to be every bit as bad as Lee and George Jefferson ever were. And LSU's defense is not as good as they thought they were. Today they gave up 400 yds to Texas A&M. Granted A&M is a good offensive team, but still LSU should not give up that much yardage. Special teams is about the only part that LSU is dominant in. And I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Saban can outcoach Lester. I still think it will be a close game, but I believe Bama will overcome LSU. I think we may struggle more with Tennessee today than we will with LSU.

I'm not worried about LSU either, or Tennessee for that matter.  In fact, I don't see anybody playing us close if we stay healthy and keep improving each week.  About the only thing that can stop this team is complacency and taking their foot off the gas.

That isn't to say that this year's team is better than last years.  On the contrary, I think this year's team needs to make some improvements to get back to the level we were at when we beat LSU 21-0 to finish the season.  Now, we may get there by the end of this season if we stay on course.  However, the difference this year is there really isn't that many good teams to challenge us, and there is no juggernaut like last year's LSU team.

I'm not worried about anyone on our schedule. I worry about us. If we don't beat ourselves we will not lose a game. We also need to stay healthy, especially AJ and Lacy.

I worry about us, also.I remember a few years ago where we came out flat against South Carolina  and then we seemed to lose our focus for a few games....I know  this is different , but, I still worry....can't overlook tenneresseee and then 3 good teams at home........RTR!...and yes I do consider the lswho game a home game for us after last years National Championship game...they skeered of us, even on their own turf!

LSU has an open week to prepare for Bama.  That scares me.  LeSmiles will put in a couple of trick plays like he always does.  Meanwhile, we gotta play MSU which is always a tough, physical game.  Our guys can battle through all this, but it's a battle.  Pray there are no serious injuries.
