Finebaum Statement About Saban and the Offense

Finebaum stated he was hearing strong rumblings about Saban & the Tide offense. He says Saban is conflicted about which way to go and is thinking off dumping the hurry up offense and go back to the pro drop back passing attack. I never said that Finebaum is a hack.  He is pretty smart and I suppose as you said, well connected.  However, I doubt that even Cecil would know if Saban was "conflicted" as was stated unless Saban himself said so.  Finebaum's job is to stir the pot and get his "intelligence deficient" callers to calling into his shows.  He does that very well.
