If you ever had thought about why CNS coaches was not considered for the job I think this will help a lot. I believe Greg got it right. I did have a couple of coaches in mind to stay but then I think CKD got his staff right also. RTR!

I think another key hiring factor was the fans. Remember 20-25 years ago and fans screaming for one of "Bears Boys." It didn't't matter if they were assistant coaches or unproven head coaches, they somehow believed they would be as good as Coach Bryant. A few folks mentioned Dabo, but most of us knew that train had already left the station. Time will tell and my biggest concern is the defense. We shall see.

Yes sir Marshall Dillon if our defense don't improve from last year we will be hurting. We better play up front on runs. RTR!
