Title: Prayer Request
Post by: Terrie1959 on March 23, 2011, 02:00:41 PM
I have a friend who was blindsided on Monday by her husband deciding he was finished with their marriage. They have a 10 year autistic son who just does not (or CAN NOT) understand. My friend is devastated. Her husband did this once before about 4 years ago. Left a note in their mailbox and left the state. One year later, he was sorry and wanted his family back. He moved her north away from  her family/friends. Now, 3 years later, he's decided to leave again. Please pray that God gives her the courage, stamina and will to make right decisions.
My heart is broken for her.

What a contrast to the guy that was on here last night asking for advice on how to raise his children to know God.

Lord right now, we call upon your strength for our friend and your Child. She needs help only you can provide and her precious Son Lord help him to find in his heart what he needs. God I pray right now that your hand is covering these Children of yours and you Hedge them about with your knowledge. In the precious name of our Lord and Savoir Jesus I ask this prayer expecting an answer. God Bless my Sister Terrie.

You also have to remember forgiveness and I know it is hard sometimes but Jesus call for it. God Bless!

Coach -mine too. I feel so helpless as I'm down south and she is in Montana.  :(   Their son is adorable and is so confused about where "daddy" is.  Praying for them and being a listening ear for her is all I can do from here.  Thanks for the prayers

(oh and about the contrast in last nights prayer request - this guy puts on the airs as if he is this wonderful Christian man, father and husband -- no one else sees what he's doing)  Sad all the way around.
She is a wonderful Christian friend and mother. She doesn't deserve this.

Bro Ricky,  I know forgiveness is required of us and I'm sure the day will come that it can be granted. The hurt, anger and betrayal are too fresh at the moment. :(

Thanks you guys. I knew I could count on prayers from you :)

I can't argue with that Coach but the reason is because I can't understand how he could do this
he needs help , plenty of it , I feel for this family and will Pray for them .
