Derrick Henry not happy with NFL draft grade, vows to be first-rounder

Henry said he was given a second-round grade and didn't sound happy about it.

"I feel like, just because I got my grade, it doesn't mean I'm not going to be first round," Henry said. "I feel like what I do and how I test at the combine and work out. I feel like I will be first round. There's no doubt in my mind that I won't be." ...

RBs no longer get first-round drafts unless they double as WRs.  I'm hoping the best for King Henry, but will be surprised if he goes late in 1st or early in 2nd.

I'm thinking late second or early third and there's a big drop in money if he goes in the third. It's too bad the coaches didn't develop his hands as they did his feet.

There are so many undrafted RBs in the league putting up big numbers right now that teams don't want to use high picks on a RB. After HTWMI went down for the year the Saints signed a guy who hadn't played since 2012, and he had a 100+ yard game.  So the 2nd round grade has nothing to do with Henry, just unfortunate for him that the market for RBs is saturated.
