Post by: Marshal Dillon on November 06, 2018, 06:05:50 PM
First game features #1 Kansa vs #10 Michigan State. Next it's #2 Kentucky vs #4 Duke. Wow. What a start to college basketball.

I can't stand Dick Vitale. He's been saying the same thing for 30 years. He needs to go away.

Duke 105  Kentucky 76.  4:50 left in game

I think I'll watch some Gilligans Island re-runs. They would be better than this game.

Whoa! Didn't know that was his son. Great man, great player, and a veteran. Duke started 3 freshmen. Hope you all saw the halftime interview with Calipari. Reminded me of Chip Kelly at half of Championship game against Bama.

I was in graduate school with a fellow that lived a couple doors down from David at the Naval Academy.  He spoke highly of him.  The guy said the ceilings in the dormitory were about 6'10", and he couldn't walk around without his neck bent.  That had to be a rough four years.

I don't think Bama has the inside presence to hang with Duke.

SEC might be up for grabs though.   ???
