Ok up early this morning. Got my Bible reading done and now ready for some football. Got my picks in so we shall see how strong I am this week.  , see the happiness I have over my picks. RTR!

Well, I couldn't hang for the rest of the game, but it looks like the Falcons held on for the win. Kudos to them for a good start. The 9ers pummeled the Vikings.

Made my crappy picks for the week, so I'm good to go. 

Yeah, despite trying (and failing) to run out the clock, the Falcons won when a pass went through an Eagle's hands (Matthews) into a DB's reach.  Great game for Julio (and us).

Picks?  Guess I'd better line up the pickers and start mine today!

 , it is more accurate for picking the losers, so if you take it and then flip the picks you are probably on an 80% system.  , RTR!

Good morning, all. 

Hump day already.  Alabama players have been mum about the Ole Miss game, as it should be.  Just hope they're preparing well.

Pundits seem to think that the Ole Miss QB is going to run wild on Bama. I don't see it. I think Saban will have them ready for Kelly. I do think, however, that King Henry and The Drake will have a field day against the Ole Miss D. What I hate most is having to wait until 8:15 PM to see them play.

HOPEFULLY we won't see Alabama start the game in a base defense, as they did against Wisconsin and Ohio State.  That tactic gave both QBs a chance to get on their feet, and build confidence in throwing.  Not sure why we do that so often (also in loss to USCe a while back, for instance).

HOPEFULLY we will see if Mr. Kelly can throw while being slammed by the D-line and LBs.  He'll have to locate and hit quick passes, which he does pretty well.  But he hasn't done it under pressure.

Ole Miss will have to run, and so far they haven't shown an ability to do that at all.

I am sitting here knowing I have to go to lodge tonight, but I want to get home soon and watch Clemson and Louisville. I am going to look at my pick and maybe change it again. This is going to be a good tight game I am afraid. RTR!
