Last week I sent her an invite and the link on another board but I don't think she frequents that site very often.

So she is registered here after all.  If you send her a PM it should go to the e-mail account she signed up with.

hi zoo!!!

got your email today...thanks for checking on me!!!!!!!

allie/amom...don't know what happened to yours, i missed it  Sad

hope ya'll are all great!!  we are fine, living up here in beautiful, balmy (ha-ha) indiana.  we really do like it here.

the weather here has, for the past few days, been a lovely alabama-esque spring time event....we have hit 70 degrees today & yesterday.  this is after a long, long, long winter of ice & snow & more ice and snow---hell in a freezer pack.   sadly, we will be back in the low 20's and low fourties at the end of the week.  my flip flops are pouting...

sorry i haven't been around!!  we had this crazy, bizarre, sad event happen early in the morning the monday after Christmas.  a young man, very intoxicated & driving a "stolen" car, crashed into our house .  he evidently died on impact and was not found until several hours later (we were in montgomery).  that (and all of my nightmares about it) aside...the house sustained some major damage---it's an incredibly well built house (built in 1935) that was beautifully & finely updated a few years ago.

but, besides the room that was crashed into (and all of the furniture that was anniliated, the glass shards that went everywhere, etc), there was damage all through the house--the basement (which is a very nice living area with hardwood floors,  fireplace, study, office, bathroom, laundry room, etc) had cracks in the ceiling, the walls and the confetti glass shards.   many of the the rooms upstairs and across the house had cracking in the ceilings and walls..there will be some foundation work.  electrical work, painting, blah, blah, ongoing boring blah...

anyway, long story sort of short...it's been a major restoration project & i am pretty much consumed with it even now, three months after the fact. BUT, thanks so much for looking for me and i hope to be around more when football season starts--i'm really, really, really tired of basketball. evidently they like it here in indiana.

i hope that you and yours are doing well!!

roll tide!!

Welcome bingo.  It looks like you registered within the first couple of days the site went live, but have some e-cred anyway for your first post.  Here's some for lawzoo and Allie as well.
