I first remember Andy when he made a record about a baseball game in a pasture, I was pretty young then and can't remeber a whole lot about it but I know we thought he was a very funny man.

When you look at all that he was responsible for in making sitcoms as popular as they became, he and Lucille Ball stand at the front of the fine for those that did most.

I remember "What it was was football" as a 33-rpm record.  We loved it.  Fortunately, I found it on YouTube.
