WOW. I've seen CEOs fired for less. I keep trying to come up with some angle that could justify his questioning. No way you want to rile up someone investigating your program, let alone force them into admitting there is still an ongoing investigation. Dumbazz is the only plausible explanation.

I was just reading some of the comments and I myself believe it is good for the investigation to continue. I think it will harm recruiting some and well it should because we all know that Auburn is probably going to get hit hard. Why would these kids want to go to school and not be in bowl games, I myself would look at Alabama a lot more than Auburn because of the future. They know at Alabama they can play for National Championship and have a future. Auburn is just an education if you get that when your playing football. JMHO. RTR!

Fox Sports has a article out today that is similar to the original article posted on this topic. I found the quote below from Ole Miss basketball coach Andy Kennedy to be funny.

This ESPN article is a little more in depth than the others. All the coaches think Chizik is a dumbazz for getting in a heated exchange with a NCAA compliance officer at a SEC meeting with all football, basketball and AD's present.

Years ago I was in a car with my boss and he told me the story of when he was pulled over by a New Jersey state trooper for speeding. The trooper was lecturing him about speeding when my boss looked up at him and said "Look, either give me a lecture or a ticket, I ain't taking both". I don't have to tell you which one he ended up with.
