I read this past week where Florida have two players that are involved with this mess but the NCAA ruled them eligible.

You may be right about the "so far", I can't remember. I'm afriad Miami is dying a slow death with this mess, unless the NCAA backs off.

You know they hired a good man for a coach. I Coach Golden runs a clean program when he was at Temple and now he walks into this situation. Do you think he knew about all this? He'll be lucky to win 3 games this year losing all these players. RTR!

Yep, sounds like Miami will bleed to death.  Too bad.

Preacher, it sounds like Golden was unaware of the crap.  Everyone who knew him said he was clean.  I hope so.  He'll be a good replacement for JoPa.

Charles Robinson 8 of the 12 players in our report were cited as having taken benefits in excess of $100 from Nevin Shapiro. Those 8 were declared ineligible


Charles Robinson is the reporter with Yahoo! Sports who wrote the article about Miami booster Nevin Shaprio and all the players involved. Robinson and Dan Wetzel investigated Miami for 11 months. Released the story last Tuesday.

I guarantee you that Golden is gone after this year, if he doesn't quit tomorrow. The Miami administration concealed all these problems from him. What a bunch of scumbags! He went public about not being old to send a message to the Miami bosses. Good for him.
