And Jim Mora, a West Coast guy, is going to leave a HC job in the NFL for Auburn. And Charlie Strong is from Arkansas. And Paul Rhoads, HC at Iowa State, is a native of Iowa, so he may not leave. Holgerson of WVA is from Iowa, don't know if he would leave for Auburn.

I don't see Holgerson leaving.  He is an offensive guy and I bet he is enjoying going up against those Big 12 defenses.  Why would he leave that cushy job to have to face SEC defense every week?

I really don't see where Awbarn has a problem. Their coaches, excoaches, fans, and media have been telling us this whole year that their team was just very young and inexperienced and all Cheezedip needed was a few more recruits and some time. So what is all their huff about?

Three years to get the guys they need. Then they have to finish H.S. (maybe a couple EEs). Then you have to give him 3 years to develop the talent. 6-7-8 years is more realistic,-- so they need to be patient on the plains.

Fire him?  They should give him an extension.  Statistics prove that coaches who get a job extension generally do better than those who don't get an extension.
