"Each year every college football team in the nation does a few things here and there you wouldn't have expected before the season started. Nick Saban is no different. Though he's known to call very conservative plays and manage the clock, his teams still stun the crowd with a few wild plays each year. The Tide had the "wow" factor in 2008 and 2009, but it was somewhat lacking in 2010. You "wow" the audience with big plays but not necessarily trick plays. You have to keep the hammer down. We need that speed back on special teams and TD returns. Get a lead and make them ashamed they came to play us. Don't be bashful, run the score up. RTR!

That pacle exists for two reasons: to make people feel self-important because they are "published," and to make money by generating pageviews for ad revenue.

We were good last year but we could not run the ball any time we wanted like in 09. If we get the OL play I expect Saban's run first and mix in the pass will be very effective. It will also take pressure off the new QB.
On the "D" side I think we will be very good. The area we need to improve most is the pass rush. If get get a better rush (and I think we will) it will take alot of pressure off the DB's. I do not want to be the DB who has to bring down Trent when he has a full head of steam. I also cannot wait to see those corners and safeties attacking the opposing offense. We probably have more talent at those two positions going into next year than at any single point in Bama history. The defense is going to be a lot of fun to watch (see Smitty, I remember that a lot is not one word ;D)
