TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Alabama junior Jennifer Fenton belted two home runs, including a grand slam and the Crimson Tide used a seven-run fourth inning to down Arkansas, 10-1 Friday night at Rhoads Stadium. With the win, Alabama improves to 31-2 overall and 7-1 in Southeastern Conference action while Arkansas drops to 10-22 on the season and 1-10 in league play.

"It has been a very grueling seven days with seven games and to be able to come home and play a quick game is just what we needed," Alabama head coach Patrick Murphy said. "The best way to respect your opponent is to play your best and I thought we did that tonight."

Fenton smacked two home runs and drove in six runs for Alabama. Both were career highs for the centerfielder. The last time a Tide player hit six RBI in a game was back on Feb. 19, 2010, when Alex Blewitt knocked in six runners against Rhode Island.

Freshman Jackie Traina (13-1) picked up the win for the Tide in the circle. Traina, who was perfect through four innings, allowed just two hits and struck out five of the 14 batters she faced while allowing an unearned run.
