Missouri's woes continue against Vandy
It's the halfway point of the 2012 season, and Missouri is still looking for the first win of its SEC tenure.

The Tigers dropped their third conference game of 2012 in an ugly 19-15 loss to Vanderbilt on Saturday night, and with No. 1 Alabama looming as the next opponent, it might have been their last opportunity for a couple of weeks.

Even more disheartening for the SEC East's newest member is that the Tigers outplayed the Commodores for much of Saturday night.

Texas AM already has 2 SEC wins.  But you didn't hear anything coming out of that locker room before the season started, other than praise for their new league.  I thought the MO v. Vandy game would be a good one and had it listed for the pickem, but no TV doomed that game, plus Texas AM @Ole Miss was closer than the experts thought.

Welcome to the SEC. They need to shut their mouths and go to work. It is best to not trash talk until you can back it up.

I bet they are looking forward to basketball season already. LOL

I found it on Fox Sports South and recorded it last night.  I have it on right now. Cool

And with Bama coming off a bye week, you might as well call their stadium "The Wood shed".

Any body hear an injury report on Franklin? Is he out for Saturday's game?

Even more disheartening for the SEC East's newest member is that the Tigers outplayed the Commodores for much of Saturday night. Missouri racked up 395 yards of offense to Vanderbilt's 295. The Tigers also won the rushing battle with 150 yards on the ground to Vanderbilt's 89 -- another indicator of success. But injuries reared up again for Missouri quarterback James Franklin, who left the game in the first half with an apparent knee injury and did not return. In his place, backup Corbin Berkstresser struggled to find success against a stingy Vanderbilt secondary and finished with just nine completions.

This is the same backup QB who has success against Arizona State, but could do nothing against the old men of Vandy.
