Did you see the coaches reaction after the 12-0 run and Belmont called a time out?  Shows some fire.  I think this guy is going to be OK.

Went to NCAA last year and beat Temple and then lost to Maryland by 2 points.

Bama playing well against a pretty good Belmont team.

Tide 73-58 but being a little sloppy after having 21 point lead.

Looks like they are cutting down on turnovers.  Also, don't know if you saw it but Petty and another player gives a high five to a youngster on the sideline at the end of the game. Probably don't even know how much that means to that young man.

This was a good win by the Tide.  Won the last 4 out of 5 going into the break.

We play Richmond (Spiders) on December 29. They have the potential to be a tough game. They are 10-1 this year and in the past they have had some good years. Then, starting January 4 thru January 15 we play in 12 days:

Florida
Miss. State-home
Kentucky
Auburn-home

the best 4 teams in the SEC. Wow. Hang on to your Bama hat.

Miss St lost to New Mexico St in Jackson on Saturday. We should take them at home. The other three are more difficult but we are getting better each game.

If we come out of that stretch 3-1 I would be grinnin' like a mule eatin' briars. I think maybe 2-2 though. RTR!
