Now somebody can pick him up. I've got faith that he will be playing in the NFL this year.

He has been through so much. I pray he gets with a good team that can use his talents and he will do a great job. Best of to you Jesse. RTR!

I'm hoping the best for him in the NFL as well.

But also being grateful that he is finally healthy.

I hate to hear this news but I somewhat expected it. Not saying that Jesse isn't man enough to play football but looking at his medical situation and what all he's been through fighting the cancer and plus the rigors of playing professional football, maybe it's for the best if he moved on with his life. Personally I would like to see him get a S&C coaching job at a good school or even with the pros. It would be nice if he could hook up with Cochran at Bama and learn the business, who knows Cochran might want a different venue one of these days. There's already been a hint of that happening.

The last time I talked to Kuiyam, if I remember correctly, he said that this was a probability, but that it would free Jesse up to pursue other teams. I hope he gets the chance, but if not, he is already a blessed man by surviving what he's been through.
