Well I am back from the VA in B'ham. Good news and bad. Well the good is the cancer is growing slowly but now they have decided I have PTSD. I will have to go for treatment after 43 years or so. lol, I guess I get one claim anyway. RTR!

I'm very sorry that you have been diagnosed with PTSD Preacher.  I'm also glad that the cancer is growing slowly.  IMO though, the best news is that we will have you around for another 43 years or so...

Recruiting essentially ends next Wednesday (National Signing Day).  Surprised that some of the SEC teams are down a bit, except for our beloved Alabama and upstart UGA.  Here's the latest ranking (Scout):

I was talking to one of my agents in SC yesterday who is a big USCe fan, and we were talking about McElwain's position in recruiting currently. He said that because of his big teeth that Coach Mac's nickname up there is "Swamp Donkey".

I am not really shocked Coach Smart is recruiting well but to be tied with us is shocking to me. There is a difference though if he can put together the year after top gun that CNS does. RTR!

Your right Chechem, Georgia is a grounds for great players every year. Just almost as good as Florida I think. RTR!

Good morning (on a cold Saturday in January). 

If not for coffee, I'd have stayed in bed.  It's 26 degrees, was cold and windy all day yesterday, and will be again today.  And I have to go out into that crap again.  Ugh.

Since it's Saturday we should hear some recruiting news.  Probably not new recruits for us, but some decisions for our sister schools.  The big names we await reportedly won't announce until Wednesday.

It is cold here this morning. My knees say hello to old man winter every morning I reckon and my back. I am going this morning to T-town for a few days. I won't be online but I'll catch up some when I get back. I sure hope we win out in recruiting and get who CNS wants I don't for see any surprises as our classes are usually nailed by signing day nowadays. Hope our BB team keeps winning and I am getting ready for Baseball too. RTR!
