3% is optimistic.  Bama has to go from 14th (dead last) to 12th place, 4 games back with 6 to go.

Last year when we were squarely on the bottom of the pile as well.  14th of 14.  We've won 6 conference games this year, and we only managed to win 5 last seasons.

Bama has now won 19 straight first round SEC softball championship playoff games.

Not sure about the upcoming Florida game (No. 1 ranked in the country), but always good to beat the Barn.

I guess I've become too much of a Negative Nancy, but I thought for sure we'd blown that game last night.  I didn't turn it on until the bottom of the 5th, and I think we'd had to come back from behind in the game.

When Auburn got runners on 2nd and 3rd with no outs in the bottom of the 7th I figured we were toast.

Looks everything has turned out good yesterday. I have faith we will rise up and beat the Gators #1 or not. Well the Braves are looking good but my O's are the worse I've seen in a long time. RTR!

Holy smokes, Bama leads the first-seeded Gators 2-0 going to the bottom of the 3rd.

Also, Florida has a left-handed catcher.  I'm not sure when I last saw that; it looks awfully funny every time she throws the ball back to the pitcher.

So much for that.  Gators win 5-2.  Florida is just a better looking group of athletes from top to bottom.  Going just by the eye test compared to Florida, we have a Mike Dubose-era voluntary style of Strength and Conditioning program.

 Laughing I shouldn't laugh, but you are right. Baseball and softball are pretty much lost causes this year.
